Make Sooji or Rava Ladoo recipe on this Lockdown at Sweet Home


Ingredients for Recipe are:

  1. Tutti Frutti – 2 tbsp
  2. Ghee – 1 tbsp
  3. Rava/semolina – 1 cup
  4. Condensed Milk- 1/2 cup
  5. Crushed cardamom – 1 tsp
  6. Milk- 2 tbsp
  7. Red food colour – 2-3 drops
  8. Green food colour – 2-3 drops
  9. Kesari yellow colour – 2 pinches

For making perfectly use sooji, ghee, sugar and dry fruits like pista, almonds, cashews and raisins. Make sure you roasted rava on low flame until they get a nice colour but do not get too dark. Do keep stirring the rava consistently as you roast it, and add sugar only towards the end. This recipe also uses desiccated coconut, but if you do not have a coconut at your place, you can rule this ingredient out.
